We are a SETA-accredited, 100% Black-owned Human Resources Training and Skills Development entity that was conceptualised in 2007 and founded in 2009 by Mr. Mpho Tsedu - a former educator, College & University Lecturer, Learning/HR & Skills Development practitioner. This initiative was inspired by the founder's belief in John Flavell's psychological theory of Metacognition. 

Though our main offices are based in Limpopo, we pride ourselves in the quality of our team, partners, facilitators, assessors and moderators who bring on board wide experience from both the public and private sectors across South Africa. We believe that no human brain is a blank sheet. We all have the capacity to think, and it is that potential that we, through our learning interventions, polish and sharpen for maximum operation and productivity.
