PROMETRACON FOUNDER
Professional Metacognitive Training and Consulting was established in 2009 following its founder Mpho Tsedu's inspiration by the psychologist scholar John Flavell's theory of METACOGNITION - i.e. thinking beyond the ordinary; thinking about your thinking.
As a former educator and college/varsity lecturer and currently an accredited Learning/HR and Skills Development Practitioner, Mpho continues to strive for learners' positive and productive thinking as well as practical application of concepts - hence PROMETRACON's motto: FROM THOUGHT TO ACTION.
